Rules for Play-by-Date : It is the responsibility of the challenger (the upper named player) to take the initiative in arranging the match.

If reasonable choice and notice have been given and the game is still unplayed by the date specified, I have the

authority to disqualify the guilty party. Any appeal will be referred to the Management Committee for a final

decision.
